‘The Epitome of Romance’, is how I would describe this couple. Tijana chose to go for a modern yet romantic look for her big day, pairing it with her venue The Arlington Estates which gave us all the warm and romantic feels. Please excuse me if I flood this blog post with all her wedding pictures, Yea they are that good!!!. Everything in the reception was of utmost elegance, right from the mirrored glass head table to the marbled dance floor. her colors were white, ivory, and cool pink, with subtle touches of greens.

We divided the hall into two types of arrangements just so that we could build interest throughout the room. Some of the pieces were tall and elevated, whereas the long harvest tables were accentuated with low floral pieces bearing the same color story in mind. Tijana and Johns dance floor was marbled and so was the bar, which uplifted the romantic feel instantly.
The backdrop looked straight out of a dream, with an acrylic arbour we placed the florals as such, that the effect looked like the florals were floating. Although, heavily embellished with florals from end to end we have used greens to bring out the beauty of the soft colors. The head table was mirrored and therefore the bride wanted the beauty of the florals and décor to be well shown. A big shoutout to Trade Sensations Events and Co. for executing the décor and planning of the wedding flawlessly.
Since the apparent color was cool pink we decided to go big on the parents table florals, adding a much defined accent of cool pink by adding pink hydrangeas, soft pink ranunculus, spray roses, salal and ruscus for greens etc.

The thing I love best about designing wedding florals is how it truly brings out the couples personality through their vision. Strong and Bold was John, Elegant and Graceful was Tijana, and together they were a match made in heaven!. Sure there is a lot of hard work in a floral designers life, the ‘behind the scenes’ are always not so pretty. But I promise you, that one look when a couple enters their reception and is blown away by the efforts you put in for months- IS ALL WORTH IT!!!
